  • 1 teaspoon lime zest

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine all the prepared fruits - strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, kiwi, pineapple, and mango.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the fresh lime juice, honey, and lime zest until well combined and slightly emulsified.
  3. Pour the honey lime dressing over the fruit mixture and gently toss to coat all the fruits evenly. Be careful not to crush the more delicate berries.
  4. Let the fruit salad sit for 5-10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together. This resting time helps the dressing penetrate the fruits and enhances the overall taste.

Notes
